On 8 January 2010, the Philippine Government, represented by the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resource (DENR) executed Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 311-2010-XIII covering an area of 304.96 hectares located in the Municipality of Tubay, Agusan del Norte. An MPSA is a mining right issued by the Philippine Government to mining companies that are given the right to explore, mine and process copper and gold for a period of 25 years, renewable for another 25 years for a total of 50 years.

DURATION
Approved with the right to explore, develop and mine the area for a period of twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years for a total of fifty (50) years.
RESOURCES & RESERVES
25 hectares out of the total 304.96 hectares, assessed through a measured basis, holds a resource reserve value of approximately USD 3.6 billion as of December 2022.
